The company is committed to community and societal responsibility. We actively support educational development through our project named "My School Project", which provides funding for school repairs in remote and underserved areas. Additionally, we address community needs by responding swiftly to events impacting the community, society, and environment. Our involvement includes participating in community committees, offering our premises for village meetings, and assisting in emergencies, such as installing water pumps during floods.
The company is committed to advancing personnel development in the logistics sector, addressing the shortage of skilled professionals in logistics and supply chain management. We support the bachelor's degree program in logistics and maritime business, a joint initiative by the International Freight Forwarders Association (TIFFA) and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. In 2019, we awarded scholarships to 8 students meeting the program criteria. These scholars interned with us during their studies to gain practical experience. We are pleased to announce that the first cohort of these scholarship recipients has completed their degrees and now holds permanent positions at LEO.
Moreover, the company has launched the "Producing Bachelor's Degree Graduates in Business Supply Chain Management, Maritime Business Major" initiative in collaboration with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This project aids academically talented but financially disadvantaged youth. We have awarded scholarships to seven students in the program's second generation who are ready to join the internship program with us.
