LEO Transport Corporation (LEOT) was established. The company offered end-to-end logistics services to main ports worldwide.
LEO Group Ltd. was established as a holding company.
LEO Group Ltd. co-established Royaltainer Corporation Ltd. (RYT) to expand its international sea freight services with a particular focus on Europe and America.
LEO Group Ltd. jointly established the Thai International Freight Forwarder Association (TIFFA) to invest in businesses specializing in container depot service and packing service centers for export and import. Additionally, the business supports services related to computer software used in the International Transport and Business School – ITBS.
The company, in partnership with Sinokor Merchant Marine Co., Ltd., established Sinokor Merchant Marine (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This joint venture acts as Sinokor's agent in Thailand, providing container transportation services across Asia-Pacific, including long-term bulk carriers and container vessel rentals.
LEO Transport Corporation Ltd. expanded its branch to Laem Chabang to support customers in the Eastern region.
LEO Transport Corporation Ltd. invested in Kyungpyung Logistics Company Limited (KPL) in South Korea, in partnership with Sinokor and a South Korean entity, to operate a warehouse and container yard business.
LEO Group Co., Ltd. rebranded to LEO Global Logistics Co., Ltd. to better reflect the comprehensive nature of its logistics services.
LEO co-establishes YJC Depot Services Ltd., which offers long-term and short-term container depot services, as well as container cleaning and maintenance services.

In 1990, Mr. Ketwit Sittisunthonwong, now the Chief Executive Officer, co-founded LEO Transport Corporation (LEOT) to provide Less Than Container Load (LCL) sea freight services to all major ports worldwide. Subsequently, the company expanded its offerings to include Full Container Load (FCL) sea freight services. In 1991, LEO Group Ltd. was established as a holding company to manage shares in other groups of companies.
During the 1997 financial crisis, global economic uncertainty slowed the growth of many countries, impacting the international freight forwarding industry. In response, the company adapted its strategy to meet competitive market conditions by expanding services beyond sea freight to provide comprehensive transportation solutions.
In 2008, the LEO Group Ltd. rebranded as LEO Global Logistics to communicate its expanded capabilities and commitment to offering end-to-end global logistics services. This rebranding marked the beginning of our transformation into the comprehensive logistics provider we are today.
Over the past three decades, LEO Global Logistics has developed a comprehensive range of services, covering a network of 190 countries worldwide.
