Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team ,ensuring ongoing training and development.
  • Develop sales team through positive thinking approach ,selling skills counseling and enhance product knowledge
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Senior Vice President of Sales and top Management
  • Manage strategic suppliers and oversee agent relationships
  • Manage assigned special projects or assignments from the Senior Vice President of Sales and top management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, Marketing ,Management or other related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, airlines, and shipping lines industries.
  • Being able to analyze sales data to effectively launch the necessary sales strategies
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, including air/sea /multimodal freight forwarding.
  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
  • Extensive in team leadership.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Good Skills in MS Office
  • Outgoing with a good personality
  • Must have own car.
